Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, or a renewed level of concentration achieved through guidance by the hypnotist. In this place, the suggestions for the achieved goal are experienced much more clearly by the client thus creating a new awareness and motivations. The client while relaxed remains conscious and aware of their surroundings the entire time. Clients who have a willingness and strong desire/motivation to change typically have positive results.
There are varying definitions of what Hypnosis is, none of which are inherently wrong, but simply what resonates with the Hypnotist.
A variety of issues can be addressed with Hypnosis such as:
Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, and Stress Reduction, Confidence Building, and Text Anxiety
Overcome Fear of Flying, Heights, Driving, Public Speaking, and Bridge- just to name a few!
Hypnosis is NOT
A form of “mind control”
Able to make one do anything against their will, moral, or values.
A magic bullet.
A substitute for psychological care or therapy and/or counseling.
Because goal achievement is often a process of change Higher Vibrations does not offer ‘single/just try it’ sessions of hypnosis.
